Bookings

Bookings are confirmed when the guest sends the details of a valid credit card (only to guarantee the booking, the payment will be made on site) or the receipt of a deposit sent by bank transfer (the amount will be notified by email at the time of booking).

The city tax is € 2.00 per person per day for the first 10 days of their stay. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from the city tax.

Pets

Additional cost for pets: € 10.00

Check in

Check-in from 2 pm to 7 pm.

Outside these times please notify us of your scheduled arrival time in advance.

Check out

Check-out by 10 am .

Buffet breakfast

from 7.30 am to 10 am.

Apartments

Bed and bath linen are provided by the hotel and included in the price.
Extra bed linen change: € 12.00
Extra bath linen change: € 7.00
Mandatory final cleaning: € 35.00
Cleaning, if requested, during the week € 30.00

Cancellation

Cancellations made 5 days before the scheduled arrival date are free of charge. For cancellations made from 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, the whole amount due will be charged.
